I like how it has everything in one place for easy access, including software that can do billing as well! It's also very user friendly which makes getting started easier than most other platforms out there today!! There is nothing really we dislike about this service but maybe if they had more training material/website tutorials available or better customer support during those times when things go wrong (which happens from time-to-time). We are able solve all our billings needs here at home while having someone else handle accounting duties so my husband no longer feels he must be present every day just because of his position with us; plus now bills don't have to get lost under piles anymore - great thing.
