The best part about clinicspctum was their customer support team -- they really worked hard at staying in contact every step along our process from initial consultation through final deliverable! I will say that it took several weeks before we actually started using them because my consultant kept pushing off start dates so she could finish up some other projects first but once those were done everything moved forward quickly. At this point though if you're looking for an excellent transcription provider there's not much else out there besides these guys. We have been searching since early last year trying different options until finally finding one who offers both good value as well as quality work product but also has great communication throughout entire project lifecycle - which includes after delivery when problems arise or questions come into play!
