The auto industry is undergoing a major shift towards digitalization.

We chose to use Auto Express for two reasons. First, its flexibility and adaptability to changing demands. Second, its ease of use. Both these attributes have enabled us to get up and running within days of signing the contract. The key advantage of the system is that it allows dealers to do the following: - 1. Create personalized campaigns to target prospects at various stages of the buying cycle. 2. Send targeted messages and offers directly to prospects, customers and leads. 3. Track the performance of each individual message and offer. 4. Monitor the ROI of the campaign overall. 5. Leverage data analytics to analyze marketing efforts, understand trends and predict future demand. 6. Get a real-time view into the health of the entire campaign, and immediately identify any issues. 7. Save money by avoiding wasting money on irrelevant traffic. 8. Utilize all available channels (e.g., email, SMS, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) 9. Boost response rates by personalizing communications and targeting only relevant prospects. 10. Improve conversion rates and increase overall profitability by analyzing results. 11. Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction by monitoring responses to each message and offering. 12. Implement digital transformation across the dealership.

  • They have also been very helpful when integrating the platform with our CRM.
  • We then have access to this list whenever we want to reach out to someone.
  • We have had no issues with integration with Microsoft Office.
Cons
  • You cannot send an automated email without purchasing a license first.
  • There is not much training or support available.
