The auto industry is undergoing a major shift towards digitalization.

We chose to use Auto Express for two reasons. First, its flexibility and adaptability to changing demands. Second, its ease of use. Both these attributes have enabled us to get up and running within days of signing the contract. The key advantage of the system is that it allows dealers to do the following: - 1. Pros
  • They have also been very helpful when integrating the platform with our CRM.
  • We then have access to this list whenever we want to reach out to someone.
  • We have had no issues with integration with Microsoft Office.
Cons
  • You cannot send an automated email without purchasing a license first.
  • There is not much training or support available.

We have used AutoeXpress since 2015 and have found it has grown in capabilities over time and now has many more functions than when it was first introduced.

In particular, Chris has been great with troubleshooting our software issues and solving problems in a timely manner. Complete disaster. They're supposed to offer software licensing but their web site doesn't work properly.

A complete disaster. They're supposed to offer software licensing but their web site doesn't work properly. When I try to download software I'm told "We can't locate any matching products" although it's the same version number that was previously installed. This leads me to suspect that the database is corrupt, and indeed I can see the'status' of the license from within the software itself. When I try to register a new account I'm told "The username or password you entered is invalid."…

  • Tried to download software to test it out, failed.
  • Inoperable after installation.
  • Incorrect statements about availability of software licenses.
