A complete disaster. They're supposed to offer software licensing but their web site doesn't work properly. When I try to download software I'm told "We can't locate any matching products" although it's the same version number that was previously installed. This leads me to suspect that the database is corrupt, and indeed I can see the'status' of the license from within the software itself. When I try to register a new account I'm told "The username or password you entered is invalid." This despite the fact that both my username and password are correct, and I have tested them with other sites. When I try to use the search function, I am told that "Your request could not be processed because your session expired." The software is unusable.
