garbage warehouse. Cheap metal parts. Spare parts overpriced

After reading the rave reviews I had no hesitation in purchasing this one. I've only used it a couple of times and it kept dropping the strap at the time, so at first I thought the tension was gone. Eventually I found that the pulley was not spinning freely. Further investigation showed that the bearings were falling apart and becoming wedged on the pulley shaft. Nothing I tried would free it. I tried clamping the pulley with a vise to hold it while I turned the shaft and it cracked. So now I have to replace $50 parts and I don't think it's even worth it as the tool never worked properly even when new.

Pros
  • rubber grip
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
