Exactly what I needed.
A plumber and tiler were present at the same time. The plumber gave this piece to the tiler for installation when the tile was cut and laid. Three months later the plumber informed me of this and the plumber decided to tell me that he had lost the part. The shower worked well but there was speculation as to whether or not it was actually turned off. This very inexpensive part saved me from buying a whole new set. Buy and upgrade or just tell me it's what I really need.
