Replacement RS-232 converter
Replace what I suspect is the faulty converter and system communication will be restored and operational. It's been years since the original install so I was a bit nervous but the instructions were well written so installation was easy. The device appears to be constructed exactly as we bought it a year ago, so I'm glad the manufacturing methods haven't changed. seems to be changing.
