2nd EDIT UPDATE: AUG 14, 2020I finally heard from KIMO Customer Service and they apologized profusely for not getting back to me in a timely manner. Apparently, it had something to do with the upgrading of the email system? Anyway, they very kindly and promptly sent me an upgraded battery at no cost. The first thing I noticed was the new battery was fully charged and all charge lights were solid. The battery that came with the blower never showed the last light (blue) as solid, which meant it was never fully charged no matter how long I left it on the charger. So it appears the first battery was indeed defective. The new replacement works GREAT! I have restored my original 5-star rating for this product! Works great for its intended purpose, which is small area cleaning! Thank you KIMO for standing behind the product!EDIT UPDATE: JULY 26, 2020I am updating to express my displeasure with customer service from Kimo. I emailed them after my review to let them know I loved the product but was not satisfied with the running time (battery.) When I wrote the initial review I had only run the blower to see how it functioned. I did not do a thorough patio cleaning so did not notice the poor battery performance initially. The next day I used it again and discovered that problem. I emailed the address they gave for contacting in the customer questions and answers section. ( kimo-support@kimotools.com ) They state they reply "within 12 hours." I wrote on July 13, and again on July 15. NO RESPONSE from them. It is now July 26 and they never replied to my emails. My complaint was that the running time was only 8 to 10 minutes before the battery died. In the details for the blower, they state about "30 minutes running time." If it had been 20 minutes or more, I would have accepted that. But LESS THAN 10 MIN. is NOT acceptable for a product advertising 30 minutes runtime. Initially, I gave a 5-star rating because I felt the product did a great job for my needs. I am reducing that to a 3-star because getting only 1/3 of the advertised runtime is NOT acceptable. I emailed privately twice, now I publicly call on Kimo to make this right and replace this defective battery. When I get a runtime of 20-25 min minimum, I will restore the 5-star rating. (END EDIT)=============I live in an apartment and was so tired of the lawncare company blowing grass clippings and other debris up onto my patio instead of away from the patio. Grass clippings were always getting tracked inside. The windows collected grass clippings and debris as well - very unsightly. I saw an influencer talking about this product on Instagram and I clicked over and read the reviews. Folks seemed to give this little gadget great reviews so I ordered one! I received it this morning, charged the battery (1 hour) and gave it a little workout! It comes in a small box, literally 10 inches long! I was tickled at how well it performed. This is a little bitty blower. It's not for blowing entire yards or large areas. It is perfectly suited to use on a patio, porch, maybe around a pool deck or driveway. It would be good for blowing off lawn chairs and other outdoor items. I doubt if it's going to handle fall leaves a foot deep, but that's not the intended purpose. If you need a good little blower for small jobs, for small spaces - this is the bomb! It's great! Lightweight, small, easy to work! And it's fun! Thanks to all the good reviewers who helped me make up my mind!
