I like how easy it was to create groups for my patients so they can have their own sections in our system instead of clumping them all together under one category/section (like some other programs). The fact there are not many features but what we use everyday works really well! If i had any dislikes about this program its just because everything seems perfect however if your looking into something different then dont get discouraged cause things do go wrong sometimes when first using anything new or unfamiliar - as long as support fixes whatever issue comes up right away without making excuses why certain functions aren't working properly than great! We needed an inexpensive way to keep track of patient information such as medical records etc., This allowed us access from anywhere allowing me flexibility while at work where previously before purchasing software or paying monthly fees, accessing info has been cumbersome especially since most hospitals were closed.
