Competitive pricing for the basic kit (see details). Conditionally Recommended

KLEVV CRAS X RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 UDIMM 3200MHz CL16 Kit (KD48GU880-32A160X) is not the first KLEVV product. I used one of their SSDs and a different set of RAM. So far I've found their products to have a type of packaging and reliability that exceeds the basic level of white label products. Maybe not quite on Corsair level, but certainly not bad. What about CRAS X RGB? I don't think there are any issues with this set that aren't limited to the product as a whole. The quality of the material and the packaging, for example, are pleasant. I haven't had any compatibility issues on the X570 board or the B560 board. The thing is, if you're using XMP, you're using this kit at the CL16 level. CL16 at 3200MHz isn't cool, but better than 2666MHz at CL15 - so something. In truth, you can tweak your XMP settings if you want to add more excitement. With CL16 I managed stable 3600 MHz. Obviously YMMV. I'm not a fan of ARGB but if you put it on the product I'll give it a try. In the Asus Aura it was recognized immediately and ran without any problems. Careful. I posted an image of Aura showing the memory as well as another of the respective colors of the light bar and RAM. The only other observation is that CRAS X RGB DIMMs are chunky guys. While you can mount four of these back-to-back on a motherboard with no clearance issues, I will say that the extreme thickness of the DIMM on my field test bench makes for a perfect fit with the stock Intel cooler. I have attached a photo. While there is no contact, VERY close. However, tower coolers probably clean up the RAM and VRM section better than a standard cooler. However, it's good to keep this in mind when building in tight spaces. The kit as a whole is stable and well worth it compared to other decent RAMs. As such, it's a decent value proposition. The key is deciding whether you want to pay for more performance in terms of clock speed and CAS latency. If you're looking for a solid solution at the CRAS X price point of $90, then this is the one for you. However, if you're willing to spend more money (and need more power), there are better options.
