Best $40 I've ever spent! We bought a home that had severe pet damage - there were lots of cat pee stains on the baseboards and one particularly large and dirty stain on the hardwood floor in one of the toilets. The smell was nauseating and made it unbearable to be in the room. We have tried several times to clean and treat the stain but to no avail. We ended up ordering a can of Kilz Max and painted the entire closet from floor to ceiling, applying a few extra coats over the stain on the floor. I'm happy to report that the urine smell is GONE! (RIP hardwood, but it was worth it!) The primer has a strong odor when it dries, but if you deal with horrible cat smell like us, I guarantee you'll prefer the scent of the primer to the alternative!
