Ease of use: Simple to use but common sense. The top slides easily over the Instant Pot for crisping or air frying. Turn it on knowing it's going to be hot. The controls follow the same logic as the Instant Pot. Keeps what it promises: under the lid, the potato slices cook to a nice, crispy crust. I kept it on a little longer to tan the skin than the directions say. You can also lift the lid to add cheese and garlic for flavor. The device remembers the time it takes to complete the program. The lid is also great for crispy duck skin after roasting. Safety: The lid comes with a silicone gasket to allow it to rest after use and when you want to add something to your food. They also include tweezers with a good silicone tip. I recommend this device. This increases the usage of the Instant Pot and takes up less space than buying a whole other device.
