My mom and I do the majority of the cooking in our household. Even though I am the better cook, she still likes to do the majority of the cooking and I do not stop her because I am a lazy person. My mom likes baking and we recently made the switch from plastic containers to metal/glass containers. I am familiar with this brand and my mom had a few of their pieces that has lasted well over a few decades. This pan was no different. It was beautiful but, also a workhorse. The pan wasn't heavy like our cast iron pan that my mom has trouble lifting and it beautifully browns and cooked our chicken. She liked that she can take from oven to tabletop and the dish still looks beautiful.
