The collar was packed very well. Got it this afternoon after work, installed it in just a few minutes and it comes with instructions. It really works. I like that it doesn't electrocute our dog like we have, it just makes a noise and buzzes so it's more humane. Sound stimulation first after our dog barks. He looks around and is very funny, don't know what happened. My dog is barking again, the increased sound stimulation soon silences him. He definitely knows something is wrong and from our dog's reaction I know it works for my dog, it's a really good collar for dogs.
