For me it's better than the manufacturer's power cord
The power cord that comes with the TV has a 90* configuration on the power-in side that goes into the wall outlet. This is a big consideration for most when installing the TV close to a wall, such as a desk. B. a refrigerator, have to set up. The reason I ordered this "straight in" cord is because the 90* cord takes up two spaces on the built in power strip I have and I have a lot of power cords that require a long extension cord. So I was happy to find this configuration and save the manufacturer's cable for another use later. Hey Paul.
