Tried to find a fan to blow fumes off me while soldering. You can buy small camping fans. They work but tend to be large or not very stable. There is nothing special about this fan. It is a metal box and a 5V fan, so USB voltage. But very stable. It is quiet. It's hard to tell if you need that amount of breeze. When I solder, it moves enough air that I feel like I'm not breathing in any toxins. I use lead solder. It would be nice if it had two speeds or maybe a dial. I don't think it's critical, but when I first turned it on, that was my first impression. This is a beautiful design with many crystal wings on the fan. Blue light is good, but maybe a little useless. These days there are clues for everything. yes they are great we will get it If you need this to remove fumes or bad smells, try this. If you buy a camping fan, you will get a lot more wind.
