Not bad for the price

I'm fed up with $20 leather straps that get sweaty and wet in the rain. For $6.88, this isn't a bad band. I don't know how long it will last, but the water shouldn't affect how long it lasts. All watch bands must embed pins in the band and have a lever to open it like this band. It's a lot easier to put on.
