Nothing to dislike. You cannot find this large size in big box stores. I did find a few at a hardware store but I needed at least eight brackets. The hole issue was not a problem as mentioned by other reviewers. The two off set holes are needed as it where most of the weight is supported so the brackets cannot get pulled out of the wall. They have a nice powder coated finish and all were straight with 90 degree bends. I used these at my church in a small room that had a commercial dish machine that was remove and no longer used. 1"x3" boards were anchored with self tapping screws (#12) to metal studs with the brackets screwed to these boards. These shelves are 20" deep but the brackets would have no problem with 24" shelving p. I used all ten, plenty of support even for cases of water. The 1"x3" boards were left as is so an additional shelving could be added if needed.
