Terrible experience, my son loved this watch as he loves the sound. He takes the watch out of the box, it dies instantly, it's understandable, so I charge it, as soon as I unplugged it, my son tells me to find a game for him, and I can get to the main screen first without restarting it each time then it freezes so I turned it off and on again and it happens! It froze and made a horrible continuous squeak and I had to smash it on the floor because the loud squeaking wouldn't stop. Disappointing purchase
