Official seller, item arrived as planned, item in excellent condition. BOOOOOOT. I bought these because I thought I bought this before. Surprise! It is now apparent that my previous towels were double ply and these are single ply. If you're buying for a public restroom, that's fine. If you're buying for a guest or kid's bathroom, these are fine. However, if you plan to use them to wipe countertops or dry your hands on the kitchen sink, they're not economical or practical as they're about the thickness of a paper napkin. I am serious. They're also slightly narrower than the Georgia Pacific 2-layer styles I've bought before. Now we need to find 2000 uses for the Kleenex Hard Cloth! ;)
