The team has been very responsive to our needs, solving issues in complex environments with little guidance needed from us as we are experts ourselves! Their support for their products helps make them an easy choice over competitors who do not have such strong partnerships or resources available within different industries/sectors that they serve. I wish there were more options when it came to choosing between multiple vendors instead of just one product per vendor (or even worse - two). We've used both WSO2 ESB + SOA Suite but primarily use only Apache Kafka now because its ease-of-use compared to other messaging platforms like RabbitMQ / ActiveMq etc., better integration capabilities plus good performance out-the box without any configuration required by me at all.
