Simple but elegant

This is my first time ordering a bumper from this 'set' and I LOVE it. I chose this dusty ruffle after being disappointed with the tulle I had previously purchased. (The color pink was off, besides, it didn't match this pink). Anyway, I love those dusty waves. It serves its purpose and fits the bumper perfectly. I wouldn't say it's pure white, but maybe off-white (something like the eggshell color you would paint on a wall). I wish the drop was a few inches longer, but it's average compared to most at 14 inches.
