This item is perfect for me. I bought an iPad specifically to read manga, so I keep my iPad for hours. I have one of the magnetic sleep cases on my iPad and the velcro fits very well on the back of the silicone case. The wrist strap is amazing, very comfortable to hold for a long time. And even though I keep changing hands, removing the strap from the back every few hours to reposition it, it still holds up well. I love it.
