Cheaply made, fragile and thin glass
My first one was BROKEN (maybe it was loud before I opened the box). Wasn't packaged well to protect it. Was asked to send defective, broken parts for replacement. I found that strange and uncomfortable. The replacement arrived safely. This thing is very thin and will break easily if you're not careful.
