Easy repair for cosmetic damage

Pretty good and cheap. The nickel plating layer is not too thick but should be good enough. Fits a standard door lock. I used it over a latch so it took me a bit of looping in a half circle to open up the latch hole. There is some existing damage due to the bolt impacting the door frame molding. This works well to cover existing cosmetic damage/repairs and prevent future damage. The screw holes are far from the existing plate holes. The supplied screws are not very long and just go into the bar. It is best to take some 3 inch screws to attach the stud and also for extra security.
