Revainrating 5 out of 5

If your worried about whether its a legit workout - it is!

I do a lot of deadlifting and kettles, among other things. I was looking for something with bands for portability and versatility, but I was worried they wouldnt really provide a decent workout. Normally I can do 100 reps with bands, no problem - so I end up not using them. THIS IS GOOD!> Really hard to lift overhead with the max band. I can deadlift some pretty decent amounts of weight and this is actually challenging with the highest resistance band. I like that a lot, because I will use it and it's an actual workout, with some challenge.> All the versatility you would expect from bands. I'm super happy with the different exercises I can do, and they do provide a decent workout on all muscle groups, depending how you use them.> Bar and bands are very well made. These arent the thin rubber bands - they are super thick pull up style bands. No risk of snapping or breaking - very thick and strong.OVERALL - if your looking for a genuinely good workout that you can build strength with, provides a challenge, with the versatility of bands - this is a very good one.
