Solid 8 oz. choice on my review.
We've owned several ramekins sets over the years and use them for all sorts of things. These were the first that were big enough to use for a small side-serving of soup rather than just sauces or other smaller offerings. Solid, easy to clean, and a reliable offering if you're looking to pick some up for your kitchen. Highly recommend!
