The machine works very well for me. The black head comes in a great packaging. I wasn't sure if it could remove my blackheads and pimples but now I'm sure. The machine is equipped with a powerful motor and when I tested it on my hand, it can enter my hand and now it falls down, impressive! I can clearly see how much dirt is being sucked out of my skin. The device has three levels for different skin types. I like the strongest mode as it always sucks the excess out of my skin. Because it has very strong suction, so don't use it in one place, you will get red color, but you will not feel any damage. I think the product has a great shelf life too! I used it for 10 minutes each time to clean my face and use it 2 times a week. I never charged it lol it can keep working. This is indeed a very impressive product!
