The exchange works great.
Works without problems. Replaced the original cover on a 2003 Honda CR-V. Eventually someone added an extra rubber washer. It might have been the dealer when they changed the coolant 5 years ago. I replaced the original cap because I found the radiator hose had ruptured. The problem was fixed with a new cover. It seems to deliver a reasonable 16 pounds of pressure with no hose or water pump leaks.
