This was very easy to install, it took around 40 minutes. It did give a gap on the toilet seat and toilet but there were 3 pcs of toilet bumper upon which there wasnt any explanation on what it was (its not even on the parts list). thanks for you tube i finally was able to figure out what it was for. all in the all the bidet is what i had expected.
