Impressions from the purchase are good, buy.

If you perceive this device as a battery and a flashlight, this is a bad device. If like a rechargeable flashlight with a function to keep the phone from dying, this is a good device. I took for the second purpose, so 4/5. For the first - 2/5.
Why a metal thing is included in the kit is not clear.

Pros

The flashlight shines well. Nice silicone strap.

Cons

The battery has a very modest capacity, the flashlight is very light, half empty, according to the sensations. The box says: Lithium battery capacity 3000 mAh, Rated Capacity already 1800 mAh. That is, with a typical phone battery capacity of 4000 mAh, the entire charge of the flashlight will not be enough to charge it by 50%. What is seen in practice. The included cable, of course, is wired for power only.
