Amazing Scents!: Bath
later I love a good Epsom salt bath and after my son was born I used to take sitz baths a lot. It all smells SO good! I currently take detox baths several times a week and use Epsom salts like crazy. They have instructions on the back for both a sitz bath and a regular bath. So far my favorites have been juniper and niaouli (do you mean neroli?!). Smells really fresh, green and slightly floral. Salts dissolve quickly and easily. I put about a cup in a full bath and relax for 20-30 minutes. Helps my muscles relax and I get much more restful sleep. Highly recommended! Hope that helps. π
