As a longtime HP user, I felt that the quality of their products had dropped horribly and decided to try another brand. This is a wonderful desktop computer! It's smooth and fast. I've used it to work from home, listen to music, watch videos and play games (including mmorpg) and it's never given me any problems. No idea why negative reviews. So far I haven't noticed anything negative about this PC. Update February 21st 2017 - Still working like a charm, not slow at all. I play on it all the time and so far it hasn't disappointed me.
