I really like these pillows but they are killing my neck! I bought these because of the low price and the (mostly) good reviews. I've been having neck and shoulder pain lately and thought this would help. Unfortunately my neck and head started to hurt more after using these pillows. There is no way to move or rearrange it for convenience. These are soft pillows, but very dense, and whether I use the high side or the low side, my neck feels at an odd, unnatural angle. I gave it 3 stars because it's terrible for me but I'm sure it would be great for someone else as it's good quality. I was really hoping for a solution to my neck pain but this is not the case. It is not entirely clear what is to happen to them now. :(
