Ordered twice - both times didn't work
When I first ordered this heater it came with the glass broken (as pictured). I returned the first one and ordered another one. The second did not break visually, but did not turn on. I set it to 79 and my tank was on 73 so it should have turned on but it didn't. Don't trust this heater in your aquarium!
