I think what I don't like is that you have to cut off parts of the mounting plates to fit your car. The plastic is relatively durable, which is good, but you can't cut it with a clerical knife. You'll need some sort of power tool and a steady hand to keep the leads clean on the parts visible after installation. I'm not sure what the company can do, but I'm a bit annoyed that I have to rent or buy a tool to make a clean cut for a cheap plastic plumbing kit. After I made the cuts, these fit perfectly. It looked good. The radio is on and reliable. So, with a little effort, he did his job. I would recommend it, just make sure you have some sort of dremel or other power tool with a small blade to get the job done faster and cleaner. A sharp razor might work, but if you make a mistake, it sucks.
