safe walking is best in harnesses

this was a very good buy for me my cat doesn't look happy but he is happy lol bought it to take outside on my patio, 'Cause I'm too scared for him to run away He sits on him perfectly, so there's no chance of running away from him. There are a few things on the leash you can do to make him tighter so he keeps him securely on the leash. He loves going outside.
