Review on 🛏️ CHPOWER Creality Removable Ultra-Flexible 235mm x 235mm Print Bed by Boss Spangler

Why didn't I buy this sooner? What a HUGE IMPROVEMENT from what I was doing before. Ok, so far I've only printed PLA and it's good (but not TOO good). How about impressions? OH MY. No more scratching and chopping. I actually bought this as an experiment. I have a Sindoh DP200 which comes standard with a detachable bed but not a flexible one. So while I could remove the bed to get a better angle for my scraper and not have to worry about messing up the bed planes, removing the casts was a real hassle. PLA stuck too well. So good that over time the scraper left cut marks and gouges on the bed surface. As the bed was seriously damaged I decided to purchase a replacement from Sindoh. Of course the same problems. But then I thought. I have this old bed with a damaged surface but the aluminum top is in perfect condition. I am wondering if I can put a flexible bed on it? So I ordered this CHPOWER Creality Ender 3 Magnetic Flexible Build. Then I scraped it down to the bare aluminum and put the CHPOWER finish on top. VOILA! It's like magic. Before I started using it I made an automatic bed leveler. I then printed a small rectangle to test the Z offset and adjusted it to my liking. AND NOW I RUN. Doesn't matter! It's magic (did I mention that?)
