For some reason I could swear I ordered actual reading glasses with an adjustment for them. I try to avoid the ones that just block blue light most of the time. Sometimes I need glasses to be able to read small texts or for a long time. They are suitable for being online sometimes, but not if I'm reading online for a few hours or not. They seem to fit well. As for the blue light blocking, I'd say fine, my partner says it's better than just fine. Although he needs stronger reading glasses to play and read, he seems to really like them and it's much easier for him to see what he needs on screen. For me it's my eyes. I'm more tired I need something else or a bigger screen lol. Of course, if it's not physical exhaustion, but just reading from a computer screen, then wearing it from the start helps so I don't need it anytime soon. So I think they work. I recommend it to those who don't need reading glasses to begin with, but only need something after staring at the screen for hours.
