I’d buy it again. best in my review

I’m a carpenter apprentice working with concrete. I get odd aches and pains and knots in the most unusual of places. My thumbs with ache by the end of the day, as will my wrists, forearms, you name it. Use some coconut oil then take the tool to rub out the fascia. You will be better or at least almost back to new by morning. Lay off the pain pills and help yourself the natural way. I’ve found the curvature is perfect for all areas of my arms where I typically use it.

Pros

I did not rate pain relief. Not what I bought it for. Not the tools fault. Good weight, well finished.

Cons

Too thick to actually work as it should.
