A good start in terms marketing automation tools

I like the idea of having an automated tool for customer service, which can be used as part of your overall digital strategy or even stand alone if required. The chatbot system is not very intuitive at this stage - it's too hard to pick up and use when you need help straight away! But they are working towards improving their product by adding more training options etc., but there will always be some teething problems with new products / features. As well as helping with queries from existing clients (who have been trained), we've also started using it as another method of communication internally within our organisation.

  • Has good reporting functionality.
  • Easy way forward without needing technical knowledge in AI/ML field

  • Not quite user friendly enough yet
