This is a mixed bag which should have been designed better for the price. Fine. (1) The turn signal lights are bright and efficient. Be sure to warn other drivers in an emergency. (2) The ability to recharge lithium batteries is a real plus. (3) The flashlight function is effective. Bad site. (1) The whole block is very light and can be blown up. at any wind speed in excess of 10 miles per hour. (2) Although the small red LED lights up while charging, it never goes off, so you never know when it's fully charged. (3) The emergency flash is limited to red lights, while it would be much more effective if the flash sequence also included white lights.
