The only problem was that the laptop was loaded with unnecessary software. When I opened it up and turned it on everything started out easy, but when I updated the drivers it required a reboot. The reboot requires a password for access if no password is set, resulting in many hours of phone calls trying to resolve the issue with Dell. I had to come back two days later and was trying to decide. Had to return an item which the company had a great easy process for. Dell customer service, wow, that was interesting to say the least, they really fell off the map, I will say it was a disappointing experience.
