The company is good, the return was handled quickly and easily, there were difficulties with the goods

The only problem was that the laptop was loaded with unnecessary software. When I opened it up and turned it on everything started out easy, but when I updated the drivers it required a reboot. The reboot requires a password for access if no password is set, resulting in many hours of phone calls trying to resolve the issue with Dell. I had to come back two days later and was trying to decide. Had to return an item which the company had a great easy process for. Dell customer service, wow, that

Attention buyers, photos and description are incorrect

I am very upset. I bought this laptop specifically because the photo had 3 full size USB ports and the description said 2 USB 3.0 and 1 USB 2.0, NO mini USB port! I'm buying this for someone else and she needs 3 full size ports. I don't have time to wait for a replacement. I'm going to get an adapter and I hope she's okay with that. God I can't believe what online shopping has become. What an embarrassment.

Good work Notebooks

Bought as a work computer. Good speed, clear graphics. The keys could be better marked, the lettering is very faint against a silver background. style over substance. The performance is excellent and we are very happy with this computer. Lightweight and easy to use.

Faster than a cannonball

This is a good laptop. I haven't used his full potential, but I'm happy with his work. The seller was very responsive and helpful. There was a software issue that was difficult to diagnose (looks like a hardware issue). The seller replaced the laptop to fix the problem.

From crate to trash in 4 hours

It looks like a good computer but USB drives (all 3 ports) keep disconnecting making the computer unusable. Now in the trash. waste of money. I'm done with Dell.

Fast and quiet – notebooks

This laptop is incredibly quiet! I've been using it for a few days and still haven't heard the fan. So far no complaints at all. Nice display, quick and very easy setup.
