I was looking for a set of floor mats for my Honda CR-V to keep it looking good in the snow and winter slush. I wanted floor mats that would catch water and dirt and keep them off the shoes of those who ride in my car. These rugs were versatile so I decided to give them a try. They are big enough to cover the part of the floor where people sit. But they didn't cover everything. The front of them is about an inch on each side, and the back they cover a lot less. The corners of the rear seat mats also catch on the front seat rails. I could cut them to size but that would make the mats clunky and not collect excess snow water on people's shoe soles. The mats smelled a bit when opened but I aired them out for a few days and when I put them in the car they didn't smell at all. The thickness of the mats is just right. I think they will last a long time. With the right machine, they really protect the carpet. They are easy to take out, shake off or wipe off and put back in the car. The gray color goes very well with my Honda. I'll be using them for a while until I find a better set of mats. Those are pretty good rugs. I recommend them to anyone who has the right car where they fit.
