Excellent for this price. Enough aluminum spacers to work with any setup I can think of. One reviewer said the gear didn't match their hub, and neither did my Stans wheels. The spacers and snap ring fit, but the gear is a bit small. It matches my other wheel which is a Bitex hub so I think it's just some kind of misunderstanding. Anyway, I didn't buy it for the gears, just the spacers and the detent. Definitely recommend if you have a Shimano cassette and want to use a speed. Even goes with my wolftooth stainless steel gear which is always nice.
