In general everything worked fine. However, the nail puller has "2 stops" built in to hold it against the board before you drive the nail in. From time to time, if I wasn't very careful, he would find the wrong stop and drive a nail into the front (finished) surface of the board instead of the tongue of the board and wreck the board. Bad design! Also, it doesn't drive T-nails all the time (it should work with T-nails, L-nails, and staples). It doesn't pinch, but sometimes it just doesn't serve and won't hammer in a nail. L nails worked well. I don't know if it was bad nails or a broken nailer. I called Freeman tech support but they didn't help - none of their suggestions worked. They suggested I send it back to Revain as it would take them over 2 weeks to get a replacement! I was in the middle of a job and didn't want to wait more than 2 weeks (Revain also took about 2 weeks) Poor quality control on nailers or nails or both!
