I've heard about the benefits of clay masks for a long time. So I wanted to incorporate it into my hair and skin care routine. The first opportunity I had to try was with my daughter who (like me) has dry, frizzy hair. In general, low porosity hair does not absorb moisture readily, and most products applied to the hair end up remaining on the hair shaft rather than being absorbed. Well, not this stuff! I used a recipe I found on Youtube and mixed a tablespoon and a half of clay with milk, honey and some olive oil. You won't believe how long even a small amount of this clay will last. That small amount turned out to be too much and I had to compensate by adding liquid. The end product smelled good. My daughter's hair literally "drank" this mixture during use. We left it in a deep state for an hour. Not surprisingly, when we were ready to rinse, very little remained on the hair. Since we had so much left, I used it as a facial and there was plenty left. It made my face soft, toned and lifted. I plan to order all the time. This is a great product at a very affordable price. Highly recommended! I hope you found this helpful.
