Not for consumption

Fast shipping is the only positive review I have received for this clay. It has a very weird greasy texture when you mix it with water. Compared to other bentonite clays I've tried, this is absolutely the worst product to consume. It doesn't mix well with water no matter what I do and my main purpose of purchase was for consumption. I shouldn't have bothered with returns so I gave the container to my sister and use the one I opened for dry formulations. I will not redeem.

ZERO INFO SUPPLIED WITH THE PRODUCT

My purchase was for detox reasons. The product does not come with a safety data sheet or a heavy metal analysis. All bentonite clays contain trace elements and some metals. Product information was not released and the seller hatefully refused to provide the information when asked. I would not order this product again as it is not a safety guarantee.

Great product, great price

I am very happy with this bentonite clay. I usually use Calcium Bentonite Clay for hair treatments and face masks, but decided to try this Sodium Bentonite Clay. I recently discovered that food grade sodium bentonite clay is known to treat digestive issues and I have been suffering from IBS-D like digestive issues since having my gallbladder removed. I've tried mixing about two teaspoons of this sodium bentonite clay with about five ounces of water and drinking it in the morning before eating…

Drink!: Face

I've heard about the benefits of clay masks for a long time. So I wanted to incorporate it into my hair and skin care routine. The first opportunity I had to try was with my daughter who (like me) has dry, frizzy hair. In general, low porosity hair does not absorb moisture readily, and most products applied to the hair end up remaining on the hair shaft rather than being absorbed. Well, not this stuff! I used a recipe I found on Youtube and mixed a tablespoon and a half of clay with milk, honey

Comparison of Aztec Secret, Mayan Pure and this Wyoming Bentonite Clay

I've been using Aztec Secret for 32 years now. However, I started soaking in bentonite clay along with apple cider vinegar and Dead Sea salt to deal with severe itchy skin (1/2 lb of clay, a gallon of apple cider vinegar, and a cup of Dead Sea salt -- for an hour soaking). Aztec Secret is much more expensive than Mayan Pure and this Wyoming clay. Overall, though, I still prefer Aztec Secret. Point #1 – The container is difficult to open. To open the container you need a "soft rubber mallet" and

is this real?

I usually use Aztek brand clay, but I couldn't refuse this suggestion. It's darker than I'm used to and doesn't sizzle with vinegar. He has to hiss, doesn't he? All of the other bentonite clays I've used sizzled after adding the vinegar. This one is just flat. It didn't work on my skin rash either. I have a recurrent upper body rash that a clay mask usually calms. The rash even goes away a bit. usually. I could swear that clay has gotten worse. It is a fake? Not happy at all. Back to the Aztecs
